Roosevelt Island field trip

“ I thought the content of the trip was very nice, but it would have been nice if the guide was a little easier to be understood (megaphone would have been helpful for such a large group). It would have been nice if there was a moment for people to briefly introduce themselves, or maybe to wear "hello" tags. Other then this the day was very nice and it was cool to be amongst people with similar interests. ”

I don't know how much I love having that many other photographers walking around at the same time - I ended up getting a few too many pictures with them in them! But I do like the motivation this experience provides. I would definitely keep attending these events for awhile -- I think the organizer did an excellent job. There were a few weirdos with a bit too much negative commentary -- for example - commenting aloud that our subject matter was lacking - but they can leave any time they want! Why didn't they? lol ”
