Models and photographers have different needs, and desires, and it's become really obvious from the shoots, that there are at least two different types of photographers (and models too). I won't call them givers & takers, but it somewhat comes down to that. Think carefully about this poll, and what it means to you as photographer and/or model. Should there be separate meetups for photographers and models? On a model meetup, the photographers are there to shoot with the models for THEIR benefit and portfolios. On a Photographer meetup, the models are there to work with the photographers for the photographers portfolios. In any group I run, models do NOT PAY PHOTOGRAPHERS for shooting. Any costs (prints, etc,) can be shared or covered by the model. When I say the "Photographer is there to help the model" the model will leave THAT DAY with the unedited JPG's from the shoot, no bullshit about plastering logos over the images, only the "Copyright by photographer" statement.
