Who is The Enchanted Krewe of Brigadoon and what is this all about?
Brigadoon is a Gasparilla Krewe of 140 of the finest folks in Tampa, I know as I am one. Gasparilla is the Charity engine of the Tampa Bay Area providing much needed relief for thousands of people. There are about 17,000 of us in about 170 Krewe's and all must have charity events. This is the biggest one for Brigadoon and we raise about 5,000.00 each year for the 4 Charities that we support. Hopefully through your photographs we will add some new excitement to the event and have more photo publicity for the annual events of the future. Brigadoon is a co-ed Scottish Krewe and we dress in Kilts. Our float is a 55 foot smoke breathing Dragon.

This event will introduce you to the Gaparilla movement from the inside.
It is a photo opportunity to shoot a sports event in a competitive forum.
You will be helping this event grow by providing photo publicity in promoting future Kickball events.
It is an opportunity to team with your friends in a contest to produce the best photo album.
The photos will be yours and the album design will be yours.
The finished album will be professionally finished by Reedy Photo and albums will be presented to
the winning teams.
You will have full photo credits in the albums and anywhere else that they are used.

Join us on May 17, 2008 from 11 a.m. to 7 p.m. for the Third Annual Krewe of Brigadoon Kickball Tournament at Gadsen Park at 6901 South MacDill Avenue in Tampa. All profits will go to the Make-A-Wish Foundation® of Sarasota/Tampa Bay, Inc. Brigadoon's goal is to raise more than $4,500 for this worthwhile cause!!

IMPORTANT NEW GAME RULES FOR KICKBALL PLAYERS ONLY!!!:-This is a coed tournament.
-No more than two males may bat consecutively. If three men bat consecutively an automatic out is recorded in between the second and third male kickers. ·There can be a max of 10 fielders and there cannot be more than 5 men in the field.
·A team can have an unlimited number of field substitutions. A player is free to reenter the field once substituted for at any time. However, the kicking lineup will remain the same.
Event Description: There will be twelve teams of 10-15 players competing for first place and a trophy. Lunch, t-shirts, and goodie bags will be provided to all players. Elmer's restaurant is hosting the after party. Their address is 5206 Macdill Avenue South, Tampa, FL 33611. $2 Bud/Coors. $6.50 Pitchers, 15% off Food!!!!

NOTE THIS IS AN 8 HOUR EVENT SO WE NEED TO THINK/DISCUSS TIMING.
THINK ABOUT THE SUN ETC AND BEST TIMES FOR US TO SHOOT.
WE CAN STAY ALL DAY IF YOU WANT ITS NOT A PROBLEM! I MIGHT!
IT IS POSSIBLE THAT THE SECOND TEAM COULD BE THE TAMPA CAMERA CLUB!!
