Introduction
Interested in many aspects of photography: large format, medium format, digital, infrared, pinhole, studio lighting, B&W darkroom, & digital workflow.
Who is your favorite photographer? and why?
Impossible to choose. I like many photographers for different reasons. My top picks would be: Ansel Adams, Ruth Bernhard, Imogen Cunningham, Henri Cartier-Bresson, Michael Kenna, Rolfe Horn, & Jock Sturges.
Budget is not an issue, what would be your favorite rig? and why?
They don't make it yet. A 1 Gigapixel large format camera with full movements. ;-)
What do you hope to get out of the group
Meet fellow photographers to share ideas. Group outings would be fun.
