  •  I'm originally from Brazil, have been in Orlando for 2 years and now I'm moving to Sunnyvale in 3 weeks, so I need to network and get to know photographers and model agencies for photoshoots for work and for the fun of it, as always. I'm on Facebook!

  •  Hi Jeff! I am an aspiring photographer trying to improve my skills and knowledge! I hope to come to some workshops in the future but am a new mommy making the times difficult! My website is www.amandametz.com... hope to meet you soon!

  •  Hi Jeff, thanks for the compliments. I have added my comment in the message section of the meetup.

I have some more examples on my website under the works --> portraits section.

I see you would like to work with people who wants to make photography a part time career, you can definitely count me in as one of those! I used to do wedding pictures on the sideline. I would love to get into stock photography or learn more about commercial photography but don't really know how.

  •  Jeff, thanks for another great presentation, sharing your wisdom and insight, and being patient with those who come last and leave last.

  •  Hi Jeff, your class on April 26th at the LG rec room, I was wondering how many days of class will there be for that particular class.

  •  Thanks for the welcome. I'd be pleased to talk at a meeting and share my work.

  •  Hi Jeffrey. Sure, I would be happy to share what I've learned about assisting. Thanks for the info about the portrait job. Lately business has really been picking up for me, and with wedding season coming up I might not have time to take on any more jobs. I'll know more about my working situation in the coming weeks. I might know a couple of other people who would be interested though. One of them is definitely a great portrait photographer.

  •  Hi Jeffrey, thanks for the welcoming "shout". I'm an "advanced amateur" photographer who may try going pro in the future. With respect to Jazz, I'm only a listener for now!

  •  Hey Jeffrey. Thanks for the 'shout'! SJSU's photo program is fine art based (my degree is a BFA), but there are commercial/product photo classes too. It's a pretty well rounded program. Maybe I could do a talk about assisting, but not the first day! I'm kind of quiet at first :)
