Looking forward to meetups in and around downtown Vancouver, but anywhere in town, anytime is fine too. Social events interest me most. Perhaps some demos (Sigma DP1) and workshops.
What is the make/model of your own favourite camera(s)?
I carry a Canon sub-compact digital (SD-1000). I love shooting with my Olympus PenEE half-frame, fixed focus, AE: using film is so much faster for street photography. My favourite camera is my Contaflex 35mm. Its leaf shutter makes the best sound!
What type of photography do you enjoy most (nature, street-life, studio, landscape, etc)?
