Hi
My name is Manj and I am brand new to this group. I am hoping to tap into the vast amount of resources offered by the members here to keep my photography skills honed. So here is my first questions to the members; can anybody please recommend a good photo lab for printing high quality 8x10s or larger prints? What is everyone's take on the quality of London Drugs prints?
Thanks in advance!

Hi Manj,

In my opinion, the best custom labs in Vancouver are: G.King, The Lab, and Gamma Pro. I've seen some very credible, if slightly inconsistent prints from London Drugs, Walmart and Costco. Of course, the latter three are much cheaper to work with, and the first three offer a closer (hence custom) relationship and better standards.

cheers,
Russ

Thanks for the info Russ
Seems like Gamma Pro is no longer in business. But the other two are.

Thanks for the update, Manj. I'm not sure when Gamma Pro went down - I rode my bike past their front door not too long ago, and they seemed to be still in business... that's too bad...

cheers,
Russ
