“ The children's stortytime was a bit disappointing. Just an intern sitting and reading a book while trying to keep the kids from exploring the library area. Art quest was being remodeled when we were there, but they still had some fun stuff set up in one of the studios for the kids to explore...paints, books, stamping, colored pencils, glue and paper. Nice to have the art mess somewhere other than my kitchen floor! We were on a guest pass, but I would have been disappointed if I had to pay with everything under construction...parking was $3 with validation. ”

“ I went on the gallery tour offered free. We were shown the works of art and provided with an explanation of what the works were as we toured them. We were asked to tell of our own perceptions and what we got from each work. This is a great way to expand your horizons. I was challenged to interpret my own perceptions and to learn about the perceptions of other people. I found this to be a great way to learn more about myself. Afterward, we went to the cafeteria where they had pretty good food and a nice cafeteria to eat it in. ”
