"The original pic with the speeding sign "5" was taken with blue yellow polarising filter over a digital camera lens - most of the colour comes from that. The "famous" pic (our current group pic) was taken with a $20 Holga plastic camera which will vignette the image and give it a bit of blur and then the scanned tranny was colour saturated on the computer to boost up the colour a bit.
