This group is designed for anyone who wants to learn to take better pictures. I hope that we have great discussion, regular presentations, great sharing/storytelling through photos, helpful critiques, periodic activities and a nice social experience.

We will be scaling back the show and tell a bit. Although not required, be prepared to show no more than 3-5 photos with some discussion. Bring them on a disc or card or something simple, but let's get right to the best photos so that we have time for discussion. ALSO, there is no requirement that the photos be yours - as long as you can talk about what you like or don't, or the story or emotion that the photo inspires or relates to.

Who attended?

    •  Nice relaxed atmosphere and a very informative discussion on technique and post processing. Nice group of people that attend this meeting with a diverse set of skills and knowledge. "I'll be back"
    •  I thought that the meeting went very well. Very engaging and fun.
    •  Informative, as always. Difficult to see from across the room on the laptop screen, especially on the left side of the room b/c Mark had to block some part of the screen sitting so close to it. I liked the continued low structure and fluidity of the meeting as it morphs to meet people's needs and answer specific questions.
    •  This is a well organized Meetup with a very cordial host. The attendees are uniformly pleasant and represent a wide variance in experience but all are willing to cheerfully share their experiences (and problems!). Having been involved in several professional associations in years past this is far and away the most mutually supportive group I have experienced! This is a meeting I really enjoy and anticipate.
