“ The Alaska Fine Arts Academy is located above Alaska Industrial Hardware - 12340 Old Glenn Highway in Eagle River. The building is located across the Old Glenn Highway from Carl?s Jr (you can?t miss their sign). We will be meeting in the theater. ”

In addition to announcements made by the moderator (Robin Walters) this is an open forum for anyone with information they feel other members will find helpful or interesting.

7:45 pm - Photo Critiquing

For this portion of the meeting anyone interested in having their work critiqued should bring one image (print or digital). This is our first attempt and the format may change over time. As part of this portion of the meeting we'll discuss various approaches to image critiquing. For a starting point we'll be using the format suggested on fredmiranda.com. Copies of the format are posted on the Files section of the website in PDF and TXT formats.
