This group was formed to share our collective knowledge of photography. We meet to share tips and techniques on all aspects of the photography workflow – equipment selection, the basics of shooting, techniques for photography types, software, printing, exhibition and whatever else we think of. We have discussion groups as well as photo walk-abouts in scenic areas of Monmouth and Ocean counties. We enjoy doing photography at night from astrophotography, star trails, light painting, long exposure and more. We are hoping to get a group of good photographers together to help each other find places and execute ideas. This is not a beginner photography group. To be accepted to the group you must have some experience with night photography and provide sample work. If you just got your first DSLR this isn't the group for you.

The purpose of this group is to create a relationship between photographers, models and makeup artists who wish to gather in the local Jersey Shore area where we have some of the best vistas in the country.
