JRCC was formed in 1945 and is one of the oldest, continuing photography clubs in Virginia. Our mission is to offer programs and activities of interest to the beginning photographer as well as the professional. We have a number of professionals in our membership who contribute exceptional programs frequently for our membership and guests.
